Asking for Trouble took me by surprise in the best possible way and I couldn’t help but devour. This fast-paced, action-packed, is filled with lots of delicious swoon and will take you on a wild and unexpected ride….

Blue is a total badass. She’s no stranger to criminals or danger, and when I say she’s been through it, I mean, she’s been through it. But, despite everything she’s been through, it’s only made her tougher and more determined to find her happy….As one of the Fallen men, Boner has seen his fair share of death and destruction. He’s one tough guy and would do anything for his Fallen family. But when Boner meets Blue, all bets are off. It only takes one look to determine that Blue is the one for him. Blue brings out the possessive alpha in him and while their story started off as insta-love, it 100% worked in this story. Boner made me swoon soooo hard. Every woman deserves a man who will go to the ends of the earth and set the world on fire for them..

The road to happily ever after was not an easy one for Blue and Boner. Their road was riddled with angst and danger. The cards always felt like they were stacked against them. Despite all that, I couldn’t help but root for these two. I was in awe of the love they felt for one another and the lengths they were both prepared to go to to protect one another.

Asking for Trouble was everything you could want and need in a book from the Fallen Men series. This story is fast-paced and thrilling. The characters are ride or die and will keep you begging for more. If you’re looking for an action-packed, fast-paced, swoon-worthy biker romance, you won’t want to miss Asking for Trouble. I absolutely loved this book and can’t wait for more in this series.

My Review

Blurred Lines follows the story of Riley and Noelle. Riley has spent his entire life doing what was always expected of him. Even being engaged to someone he doesn’t love. However the last thing that he expects is to walk in on his fiancee having sex with her ex on their couch! Most people would be devastated, but for Riley, it doesn’t even bother him. One fateful night, Riley meets Noelle at a hotel bar. He knew from the moment he saw her that he had to meet her…..

Noelle lost the love of her life tragically and though that she’d never find happiness again. But one chance encounter with Riley and all of the sudden she has hope again. He makes her laugh, feel and remember what it is to be alive. Things are moving so fast, that she can’t believe that what they have is real. It just seems to good to be true. With Riley’s convincing, she finally decides to give love another go….that is until some truths come out. When Noelle finds out who Riley is, will she be able to look past it? And Riley wasn’t the only one keeping something a secret? When all the truths come out, will they be able to salvage their relationship or will the mistakes take over their lives?

Blurred Lines is a very quick and enjoyable read! I adored Riley from the moment his character was introduced. I loved that he wanted to try to be himself and was tired of always doing what his family expected of him. Riley is no way perfect and made some very hilarious mistakes in his relationship with Noelle. One of my favorite moments was when Riley told Finn about him walking in on his fiancee with another man. He wasn’t really mad that she was with someone else, he was pissed that they were doing it on his couch! I must have laughed for a good 5 min over that. There were also a lot of other priceless moments, but you’re going to have to read the book for yourself to find what I’m talking about.

Overall, I found this to be a really enjoyable read. No one does angst and romance quite like Jen McLaughlin does. Blurred Lines does move at a quicker pace than the other books in the Out of Line series, just to give you a heads up. This story was a lot of fun. I laughed, shook my head and swooned. I loved the family drama and was definitely kept entertained. I am a big fan of the Out of Line series and I think Blurred Lines was a great addition to it.
