Fans of Jodi Ellen Malpas, K. Bromberg, and Joanna Wylde will be unable to resist this sexy, deeply intimate tale of a woman running from her past, and the darkly mysterious man who sets her free.
I didn’t think answering someone else’s cellphone would change my life. But the stranger with the low, deep voice on the other end of the line tempted me, awakened my body, set me on fire. He was looking for someone else. Instead he found me.
And I found a hot, secret world where I felt alive for the first time.
His name was Dylan, and, strangely, he made me feel safe. Desired. Compelled. Every dark thing he asked me to do, I did. Without question. I longed to meet him, but we were both keeping secrets. And mine were dangerous. If I took the first step, if I got closer to Dylan—emotionally, physically—then I wouldn’t be hiding anymore. I would be exposed, with nothing left to surrender but the truth. And my truth could hurt us both.
My Review
“That was the truth, wasn’t it? We could all be so many things. Victims and criminals. Sinners and saints. Devious and virtuous.”
Wow! What a crazy, crazy ride!! This one of those books that takes you on an experience you will never forget!
It all started with a phone call. Annie had no way of knowing that when she answered that cell phone, her life would forever be changed. You see, the person on the other line was looking for someone, but that someone was gone. What the caller got, was Annie. This voice on the other line made Annie feel alive for the very first time. One phone quickly turns into two and the next thing you know, Annie and Dylan have formed a sort of friendship. Dylan makes Annie feel safe and is constantly pushing her limits and testing her boundaries. They’re both keeping secrets from one another, but that’s not enough to make them stop whatever is going on……
Everything I Left Unsaid sucks you in from the very first page. I honestly had no idea what to expect when I dived into this read and I am so glad that I didn’t. Let me tell you, once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. I quickly became addicted to Annie and Dylan. Dylan was dark, mysterious and intriguing. He was hiding so many things. I wanted to know more about him; learn his secrets. And Annie…she was dealt a pretty tough life, running from her past. Talking to Dylan made her be brave. He made her try and experience things that she never felt possible. Together these two lost souls bring out something in the other that they thought was lost. I loved the connection between Dylan and Annie. Yes, they had great chemistry, but I was honestly just intrigued by them and their story.
Everything I Left Unsaid was is told from dual points of view. It is such a unique and refreshing read. It is sexy, intriguing, and mysterious. It is so easy to get lost in the story that is being told. I will warn you though, this story does end with a cliffhanger and let me tell you, it is a good one. I for one can not wait to get my hands on the next book to see how everything will play out!
