Jagger is enrolled in the country’s toughest flight school. He’s wickedly hot, reckless, and perfect for a girl looking to live life to the fullest. Except that Paisley is the commanding general’s daughter, and her boyfriend is Jagger’s biggest rival. They’re flying through dangerous territory—and one wrong move could make them crash and burn…
My Review
This is one of those books that once you start reading, you know you’re reading something special. Eyes Turned Skyward is heartbreaking, beautifully written and completely captivating……
Eyes Turned Skyward follows the story of Paisley Donovan. She has a terrible heart condition that already claimed the life of her older sister. Everyone around her treats her like she’s glass and all she wants is to live a normal life. Meeting Jagger, may finally give her not only what she has been looking for, but what she needs…..
Jagger has always lived his life to the fullest, even if it means being reckless. His only dream was getting into flight school. Now that that’s happened, he decides to focus on that and not have any distractions. He may not have planned on meeting Paisley, but meeting her was like getting a breath of fresh air. She’s all he can think about and he will do anything to be with her….
Eyes Turned Skyward takes you on an emotional journey. From the moment I started reading this book, I just knew I was reading something amazing. This book is a story about love, loss, taking chances, living life to it’s fullest and trusting your instincts. The characters are real, honest and a little broken. This story will make you laugh, cry, break you, frustrate you and swoon. It’s one of those books that I know will stay with me for a long time. This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and it most definitely won’t be the last.
