R.S. Grey’s newest romantic comedy, MAKE ME BAD, is available now! Find out more about it below and pick up your copy today!

About MAKE ME BAD

I was issued a warning: stay away from Ben Rosenberg.

As Clifton Cove’s resident “king”, he thinks he’s entitled to anyone and anything.

The trouble is, I’ve spent my whole life following the rules and playing it safe. I know what it feels like to be the good girl. I’m the police chief’s daughter and a librarian—for adorable children, no less. My wardrobe consists of colorful sundresses and baggy jeans. I might as well have a Post-it stuck to my forehead that reads: Yup, she’s a virgin.

An all-nighter with a fictional hunk is about as exciting as my life gets, until one day, fate decides to take pity on me and shove me straight into the path of Mr. Off-Limits himself.

Oof.

Just as I suspected, every inch of him promises to be my demise. Up close, he’s tall, menacing, dangerously handsome—the type of man who’s never spent a single moment worrying about the opinions of others. A well-behaved girl would do as she’s told and avoid him at all costs, but I’m overdue for a little rebellion.

No more Friday nights sprawled out on the couch in my comfiest pajamas. No more wishing I had the courage to misbehave.

Everyone thinks Ben is going to ruin me.

They think he’ll chew me up and spit me out.

Well, Ben…go ahead.

Tempt me. Taunt me.

Make me bad.

MY REVIEW

“It suddenly feels like I’m her confidant, her accomplice in a daring mission.”

“Madison is finally here and looking like an angel. An angel, I remind myself, who’s decided to fall.”

“It’s your life, your only life, and you get to choose how you spend it.”

“I’m losing my head. I’m losing…That’s just it: I’m losing, and Ben is winning. Ben is convincing me that this kiss could be a beginning and that even though he’s from a world of polished silver and trust funds and expectations, I could meet those expectations. I could be the girl he wants, the girl who gets the guy. Please fall in love with me, I beg with my mouth as our kiss turns hungrier, more savage.”

If I had to sum up Make Me Bad in one sentence it would be: A chance meeting that brings two total opposites together in an unforgettable slow-burning romantic comedy. Make Me Bad is a ton of fun with awkward moments that will have you laughing out loud one moment and then falling head over heels the very next. I have been in the absolute worst book rut and this book was just the read I needed to pull me out of my funk.

Make Me Bad has a coming of age vibe to it. It’s about finding oneself and discovering who they are meant to be. Having the courage to stand up for yourself no matter how afraid you are. I totally love the idea of the bookworm asking the cool guy to make her be cool. There’s so much more to Madison than even she realizes. She’s already beautiful and I totally dug her nerdyness. She was cool in her own way, but still maintained her innocence and naivete. Yes, her naivete might have been annoying at times, but when you understand how overprotective her family has always been, you kind of understand why she is the way that she is. I love, love, loved seeing her transform and grow throughout this story and become the woman she always was destined to be…. Then that brings up to Ben. Ben might have the charmed life, but he also rocks that bad boy vibe. He’s got a terrible reputation and is the last person that Madison should be with. But, when a chance meeting brings these two together, wild horses couldn’t keep them away. Their chemistry is instant and the banter off the charts. I just knew when Madison propositioned Ben to make her bad, that this was story I would not be able to pass up.

Make Me Bad was such a fun book to get lost in. When it comes to romantic comedies, you can never go wrong by picking up an R.S. Grey book and she does not disappoint with Make Me Bad. Make Me Bad is has great characters that are easy to relate to, a story-line that will make you smile and fall head over heels in love. I had the best time getting lost in Madison and Ben. Their story made me laugh and swoon and just left me with the biggest smile on my face. Make Me Bad was the perfect book to spend this snowy day getting lost in.

Review Blast: Diary of a Bad Boy by Meghan Quinn

Posted on

Dear Diary,

I might have gotten myself into a wee bit of trouble—and I’m not talking about the “court mandated community service,” or “therapy sessions from bashing a bloke in the head” kind of trouble.

I wish it were that simple.

Nope. I’m talking about the “falling in love with one of my client’s daughters,” kind of trouble . . .
The kind of problem I can’t talk my way out of when the truth gets out.

How I ended up with her phone is a long story—and when she called to get it back, I took things a bit too far. One innocent exchange wound up leading to so much more.

Fun, new, and totally immune to my charm, Sutton is different. And I had no idea she was the daughter of Foster Green.

Blame it on the dark colored stout running through my veins, pushing me toward one bad decision after another. Pushing me toward her even though I know right from wrong; even though she’s my client’s daughter.

Dating her might be the best or worst decision I’ve ever made. Only time, whiskey, and one more roll around the mattress with her will tell.

MY REVIEW

“There is just something about this man that scarily pulls on my heartstrings in ways I’ve never experienced before. He runs hot and cold, confusing me and flipping my opinion of him from good to bad in seconds. He’s exhilarating with his smart mouth and quick wit, but there is also a softer side of him I bet my life he doesn’t show to many people.”

“In that moment, I realize this is how it’s going to be between us: a demand for honesty, respect, and time. All qualities I’ve never been able to give to one single human. I’ve always faltered in at least one category, but the way her eyes fix on me, a startling awareness strikes me: I want to try for her.”

“I don’t know anything about relationships or how to care for someone. All I know is this feeling I have for you, this mind-numbing, soul-shattering feeling coursing through my body isn’t going to go away, so I can either continue to fight it, or I can ask you for help.”

Diary of a Bad Boy is the perfect romantic comedy. Filled with lots of laugh out loud moments, angst and some seriously spectacular tension, Diary of a Bad Boy will grab onto your heart and take you for the most enjoyable ride! Diary of a Bad Boy is without a doubt a top read from this author. From the moment I started this book, I was absolutely hooked. From frustrating moments, to playful banter and tension that is just oozing off the pages, Diary of a Bad Boy is the absolute perfect book to spend your day getting lost in.

Diary of a Bad Boy consumed me from page one. The characters were so real and just so easy to connect with. I wanted to know more and couldn’t wait to see how their story would go. Sutton and Roark couldn’t be more opposite if they tried. Sutton is the good girl who is always proper and respectful. She always tries to see the good in everyone, but isn’t afraid to fight for what she wants. Then we’ve got Roark. Roark is brash, cocky and doesn’t really take things seriously. He’s good at what he does and doesn’t think twice about putting Sutton through the paces. A chance meeting made their paths cross and it hasn’t been a dull moment since. But little do these two know that fate will have them actually working together and their world as they know it will be totally turned upside down….

I had so much fun reading Diary of a Bad Boy. It kept me on my toes and had me in stitches with laughter. Roark & Sutton were total opposites, but their chemistry was just out of control. They tried to fight it, but soon it just proved to be impossible. I loved their banter and the will they/won’t they moments just pulled at my heart. The angst factor was seriously delicious and I couldn’t get enough. Those will they/won’t they moments led to the sweetest burn and kept me begging for more. Diary of a Bad Boy may have been funny and sexy, but this story also had a lot of heart to it. I loved seeing these characters grow and fight for what was important. I loved seeing them learn from their mistakes and take a chance on love.

Diary of a Bad Boy was everything that I wanted and then some. The writing is smart and entertaining. The banter and tension is off the charts. The angst and the romance kept me glued to the pages. And I just did not want to put this book down. It gave me all the feels and had me wishing that their story would never end…..

About Avery

USA Today bestselling romance author Avery Flynn has three slightly-wild children, loves a hockey-addicted husband and is desperately hoping someone invents the coffee IV drip.

She fell in love with romance while reading Johanna Lindsey’s Mallory books. It wasn’t long before Avery had read through all the romance offerings at her local library. Needing a romance fix, she turned to Harlequin’s four books a month home delivery service to ease the withdrawal symptoms. That worked for a short time, but it wasn’t long before the local book stores’ staffs knew her by name.

Avery was a reader before she was a writer and hopes to always be both. She loves to write about smartass alpha heroes who are as good with a quip as they are with their *ahem* other God-given talents. Her heroines are feisty, fierce and fantastic. Brainy and brave, these ladies know how to stand on their own two feet and knock the bad guys off theirs.

CQ-BANNERThree-LIVE.jpg

One hot mess. One hot boss. One too many hot encounters…

Catastrophe Queen, an all-new hilarious office romantic comedy from New York Times bestselling author Emma Hart is available now!

CQ-cover3.3.jpg

It’s not you. It’s me.

No, seriously. It is me. Not only does my name literally mean “unfortunate,” but that’s the story of my life.

Everything I touch turns to cr*p. An apartment fire—that I swear I was not responsible for—means I’m living back at home with my s*x-mad parents. Yay, me!

Which is why I need my new job as personal assistant to Cameron Reid to get back on my feet. Three months in this job and I can move back out and, hopefully, remember to turn off my flat iron once in a while.

Ahem.

On paper, my job is easy. Make coffee. Book appointments. Keep everything in order.

Until I walk in on my boss, half-naked, wearing nothing but the kind of tiny white towel that dreams are made of.

Now, nothing is easy—except our mutual attraction. But he’s my boss, and you know what they say about mixing work and pleasure: unless you do p*rn, it’s just not worth it.

Or is it?

MY REVIEW

“There were three things I needed to be written on a t-shirt for every stranger who passed me in the street. Red was my nail color. Dry shampoo was the greatest invention since humans evolved. I was without a doubt, the biggest walking disaster since…well humans evolved.”

Catastrophe Queen is the latest laugh out loud romantic comedy from author Emma Hart. This book will have you laughing so hard, your sides will hurt. From OMG, I can’t believe that happened moments to a sweet, sweet slow burn, Catastrophe Queen hit all the marks and kept me begging for more.

From the moment I picked up Catastrophe Queen, I was hooked. Mallory was the hottest of hot messes. She seriously needed to be wrapped in bubble tape to prevent herself from getting hurt. She is a total klutz, but she totally owns it. Aside from being a klutz, Mallory is quirky and has a ton of sass. I loved seeing her interact with people and couldn’t wait to see how she would handle the situations she was presented with. And then we have Cameron….Cameron is too much for his own good. It should be a crime to have a boss that looks as good as he does. But, Cameron isn’t perfect. He has a little crazy in his life and quirks of his own. His assistants don’t stand a chance and usually get fired before they can make it through the first day. Together, these two were the perfect match. Yes, they were total opposites. Yes, Mallory was a hot mess. But, some how these two just got each other. I loved their banter and interactions. The slow burn of their romance was absolute perfection and their dates were totally entertaining. Mallory and Cameron certainly kept me on my toes and brought tears to my eyes from laughing so much. I just couldn’t get enough of their story.

Overall, Catastrophe Queen was a super fun and entertaining read. From a fun plot to crazy family members, to a walking disaster and sweet office romance; this book hit all the marks for me. I seriously haven’t laughed this much while reading in a long time. Mallory & Cameron’s story had me smirking, smiling and falling head over heels. If you’re looking for a book that is a fun read with some great romance and zero drama, then look no further, Catastrophe Queen is just the read you’ve been waiting for.
