The Scandal is an all-new marriage of convenience, age-gap novel from New York Times bestselling author Kristen Proby, set in her Single in Seattle Series, featuring Stella McKenna!
Who knew that weddings in Vegas were the real deal? I certainly didn’t when I agreed to marry my co-worker while on a bender in Sin City. Now, I need a quick annulment, which means I need an attorney, STAT.
Honestly, with a name like Grayson Sterling, Esquire, I expected an old man in a three-piece suit. But the guy behind the desk is anything but stuffy and old. Tall and sexy with tattoos and striking blue eyes, I simply can’t take my eyes off him, and I have no intention of declining his offer of a date…and more. So much more!
The conversation between us is good, and the man should win awards for his bedroom escapades. I find myself trusting him in ways I never thought I would—until he breaks that trust.
Gray insists he can fix it.
He claims he loves me.
But I don’t know if we can survive this.

MY REVIEW
I don’t know about you guys, but I am just obsessed with the Single in Seattle series. I thought nothing could top the With Me In Seattle series, but this series is trying its best to prove me wrong.
The Scandal follows the story of Gray and Stella. When Stella finds herself in need of a quickie divorce, she turns to Gray Sterling, and let me tell you, Gray is the kind of guy that knows what he wants, and what he wants is Stella…. With his striking blue eyes, tattoos, and Viking appearance, Stella never stood a chance…
Stella is a force to be reckoned with, 100% independent, and would do anything for those she loves. Gray is the hot and mature, sexy lawyer that knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go after it. Together, these two are the ultimate pairing. Their relationship is insta-love at its finest, but with these Stella and Gray, it just works. Their story was filled with all the relationship ups and downs that you’d expect from a good romance. From excellent chemistry and banter to encounters with family and just enough drama to leave you frustrated, this book had it all.
The Scandal gave me a run for my money and I loved every second of this sexy, swoon-worthy story. If you’re looking for an age-gap romance filled with a sexy alpha male who isn’t afraid to go after what he wants, look no further, this book is exactly what you’ve been waiting for. Kristen Proby has knocked it out of the park with this book and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in the Single in Seattle series.
