Claire Daniels is good at a lot of things, but dating isn’t one of them. Although she enjoys men of all different shapes, colors, and sizes, she has one requirement: they must have a job on her approved-occupation list. It has to be safe, so they can come home every night, which means no cops, pilots, doctors, ranchers, and absolutely no firefighters.
She’s kept to her rules thus far—as long as you ignore the tiny crush she has on Trevor Allen, a crush that cannot move toward anything physical because Trevor is a firefighter and a rancher. Not to mention, he’s four years younger than she is and the brother of her two best friends.
Still, it sure would be nice to have him put out her fire.
Trevor Allen also has a few rules when it comes to Claire Daniels: no staring, flirting, smokin’ hot fantasies, or touching of any kind. He’s been lusting after Claire his whole life, but with a steady stream of willing women and two demanding jobs to hold his attention, he’s somehow managed to keep his hands off her.
Until they end up in a bathroom together—a small bathroom with very little room to move, leaving him pressed against Claire’s lush curves. What’s he supposed to do when she looks up at him with those big, green doe eyes and licks her lips? The only thing he can do: kiss the hell out of her, then convince her it can’t happen again.
Too bad he can’t convince himself.

“When she looks at me, it’s as though she’s looking through me, tempting me to open myself up and tell her all my secrets, secrets I need to keep her away from.”
“Seeing her now is the drink of cool water my charred soul needs.”
“You have to be honest. Lay it all on the line and let the chips fall where they may. You can’t control fate, son. If she’s meant to be yours, you’ve got nothing to worry about. But no secrets. You can’t build a solid foundation on lies. You need trust for that.”
“I’d rather love you and risk losing you than not have you at all, because my life doesn’t work without you in it.”
Crazy Hot Love is the second book in The Dirty Dicks Series, but can be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone novel. Crazy Hot Love follows the story of Claire and Trevor. Claire and Trevor couldn’t be more alike if they tried. They’re both smart, determined and caring. They both love their family and friends fiercely. And they’ve both been secretly lusting after one another for years. The chemistry and pull between these two is undeniable. If only their pesky rules wouldn’t get in the way….You see Claire doesn’t date. She loves men, but isn’t about to take a chance on a man whose occupation doesn’t fit her list. It’s been hard, but she’s kept to her rules. Only there’s one man who threatens to obliterate them. Yes, if ever there was anyone who could make Claire throw caution to the wind, it would be Trevor. But, Trevor has rules of his own. And despite his feelings for Claire, he’s put her in the off-limits category. All was going to plan, until one day it wasn’t. Fate had it’s own plans for Claire and Trevor and set them out on a course they never planned for, but always wanted. Will Claire and Trevor jump at what fate is offering them or will they continue to let their rules dictate their lives??? There is only one way to find out…
Crazy Hot Love is the perfect romance to spend your afternoon curled up with. I was hooked on Trevor and Claire from the very first chapter. I mean, I was head over heels. Trevor was everything you could want and then some: sexy, swoon-worthy, protective and one heck of dirty talker. And Claire was determined, loyal and completely stubborn. But together these two were the total package. They just got each other and understood each other in a way others couldn’t. I was drawn to Claire and Trevor like a moth to a flame. Their pull consumed. Their connection had me begging for more. They were so darn perfect for each other and they totally had me rooting for their happily ever after.
Crazy Hot Love was just that: crazy, hot, sexy, and totally unforgettable. This book is a prime example of why I love K.L. Grayson’s words so much. Not only is this story incredibly well written, but the characters and their problems are read. Their story matters. It makes you feel so many things. It completely consumes you and will have you falling helplessly in love. It’s the kind of story that you just can’t put down. I loved every moment of this story from beginning to end and am totally excited to see who this series is going to make me fall in love with next!
